Track order
You can check your Wren & Warmth order anytime from the email we sent when you placed it.
- Open your order confirmation email from Wren & Warmth (check spam/promotions if you do not see it).
- Click the order status link in that email — it opens Shopify’s secure order status page for your order.
- On that page you will see payment status, fulfillment updates, and tracking once your package ships.
Tracking usually appears after we fulfill and hand the package to the carrier. Made-to-order blankets take a little time to print before they ship.
Lost the email? Contact us with the email you used at checkout — we will help you find the status link. No separate tracking portal here; the confirmation email is the right place.
